Ken Alan, Personal trainer for stars such as Jodi Foster, Priscilla Presley, Sylvester Stallone, and Barbra Streisand, Ken Alan is “LA's Fitness Guru” according to L.A. Weekly newspaper. Ken stars in eight exercise videos including the acclaimed Time-Life Medical series hosted by former U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop. Ken also works with Richard Simmons, designing and choreographing seven of his popular videos. Ken is a lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at Cal State University Fullerton and writes numerous articles for magazines like Oprah, Shape, Men's Journal, Men’s Health, American Fitness and Longevity. In 1986, he produced the first music CD designed just for exercise and his AeroBeat Music Company now has over 45 music and video titles for all kinds of workouts. Ken is closing in on the 4 million mile mark traveling worldwide the past 20 years training fitness professionals on making exercise safe, motivating and most of all, enjoyable. Certified by ACSM and ACE, he has received the IDEA Instructor of the Year award, the fitness industry's top honor.
