3. The Octavia Lounge:
According to the owners, after their appearance on the show they had a marked increase in reservations. They have been with us since December of 2005 and have found that their monthly revenues have been over their projections by at least 10% . In 2005 they had very low numbers of visitors to their website, but in December the numbers began to move up. In January 2006 they jumped to nearly 8000 visitors. Then in February they jumped to nearly 50,000 visitors and in March it was even better than February. According to their Executive Chef, after we started talking about their "Grilled Chicken Skewers with Sesame-Ginger Sauce" the orders have jumped from a dozen per day to over 80. The Owners attribute this rise in business and the increased traffic on their web site to being sponsors of SYR Radio.
4. Asia SF:
Owner Larry Hasbarger, after making an appearance SYR, saw an increase in his reservations. He told us that he did not need any more business here in San Francisco, but he sees our value to any business, and said that he will advertise with us as soon as he opens the new Asia L.A. What's more, he wants us to broadcast the show live from this new restaurant on its opening night.
